Hi Lovelies,
September officially marks the beginning of a new school session...or so it was until Ebola reared its ugly head and resumption had to be postponed for another one month.
It also marks the beginning of the end of the year...in my mind.
It's a time to reflect...on how far we have come in the year and how good God has been to us and ours even in the midst of our many travails.
If you are reading this, then you have a whole lot to be grateful for. The gift of life alone is more than enough reason to be thankful.
Seeing a new day really presents a new opportunity to shoot at the stars....and get it right.
May all your previous struggles turn to joy and just like those beautiful sunflowers up there, may your life radiate with beauty and may every step you take be colored with success.
This new month will be kind.
My dear Abiola, I can't tell you how often I have thought of you concerning the Ebola spread. How are you, sweet friend? You have been and continue to be in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs to you!
That's so sweet of you, Stephanie. Thankfully, we are doing okay and efforts are ongoing to contain the spread.
DeleteI am continuing to pray for you and your family. Please let me know if there is anything we can do.
ReplyDeleteMuch love and many blessings this September. May it be a GOOD new month!
Hey Sarah, thank you for the prayers / kind wishes. Will get round to emailing you shortly.
DeleteAmen to your prayers.
ReplyDeleteBeen a while sistah.
Being scared and worried about Ebola, and now schools are asked to resume on 22nd!
Please keep your family safe.
Take care and GOD continue to protect us. Amen.
Thanks, sis....really been a while.
DeleteIt's been quite an eventful period. The fear is real and I'm still trying to get my rhythm but we are believing Baba God to continue keeping us safe while we do our bit.
God has surely been good. God will continue to watch over us and ours. He's an ever present help in times of trouble. God will keep our children safe from Ebola and every other killer virus or disease.
ReplyDeleteThe remaining months of the year will usher in all our remaining blessings in Jesus name. Amen
