Source January started on a high note in our home...until we got the sad news that our Pastor had been 'called home' after a 9-month battle with colon cancer. Terrible terrible news on a new year day. Cancer...again.

Stand in front of the mirror and do some visual examinations, check for any obvious / imagined changes in the layout of your breast...any unusual wrinkling or crinkling...any changes in the nipples...then raise your arm and feel your breast with the small of your palm in a circular motion...first one...then the other.

Seven years since I got married and started the 'knowing' business. Whoops. And five years since we had D1, 3 years since God added D2 to the crew. ...and I should add...five years since I started quaking before a certain monster called fear.
