Just read about the Model -Claudia Boerner who was found dead in her apartment. She just appeared on a TV show, German Come Dine With Me last month. She consequently reportedly suffered abuses and negative feedback after appearing on the show with many criticizing her looks and motives. It is really sad that in this day and age people are so cowardly, hiding behind their laptops or systems to attack strangers they completely know nothing about, spewing negative comments. This brings the issue of control to the fore. Should'nt there be a sort of regulatory body actively monitoring comments posted online and stuffs like that? While there is freedom of speech and expression, care should be taken to curtail abuse as is rife today. If the rate of death occassioned by internet bullying is on the rise daily, then drastic measures should be taken to restore some level of sanity to the system.
